  The designs and quality are great! However, they are large and loud on a backpack. I would love if they were smaller or made of a more lightweight material

  I live in Chile and the delivery is to much slow and sometimes the products are lost along the way

  I can confirm delivery to Chile can take anywhere from 3-14 working days from the date of dispatch, so I do apologize if you feel this is an extensive period of time however we do our best to get all orders dispatched and delivered safely as quickly as possible.

  Thank you for letting us know - We do state on our website production begins immediately, and can take up to 4 working days to be completed. We then dispatch your order and are asked to allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. In many cases, it does not take this full extent of time.

  My last bag tag disconnected from the metal connection multiple times. Luckily I found it to reconnect, only for it to disconnect again. I hope this one lasts longer. A new design is needed so they do not disconnect at all.
